Standard sized Exhibition stands are available from just £99+vat up to £525+vat: Every business that wants to get involved can afford to have a platform at the Expo.

Any business wanting to engage with the regional business community (hundreds of business people from small, medium and large businesses from approx. within a 60 mile radius of Oxford) is welcome to exhibit, whether business to business or business to consumer, this is an opportunity to engage in excellent face to face communication.

***Sizes and Specifications of Exhibition Stands

For all Exhibition Stands a table & tablecloth can be ordered for £10, and the space is approximately 2 metres deep. Chairs will be provided as needed.

The Pop-up Stand, is particularly suitable for start-ups, non-profits/charities and micro businesses to help make their budget go further, has space for 1 person hosting the stand and is approximately 2 feet wide with space for a 2 foot table (ordered separately) and can fit an 80cm wide pull-up banner at the back.

The Medium Stand is approximately a 4 foot wide space and 2 metres deep, and it fits a 4 foot wide table (ordered separately) with 1 or 2 chairs included, and is suitable for 1 or 2 persons hosting the stand.

The Large Stand is approximately a 2 metre wide space and 2 metres deep, suitable for a 6 foot-wide table (ordered separately) and 2 chairs included, and is suitable for 2 or more persons hosting the stand.

The Premium Stand is the same size as the large stand and located at the entrance to the Expo to help make the largest impression on visitors.


(If a 3 metre wide stand is required to accommodate 3m curved pop-up banner stand, a supplement of £99 can be added to a Large Stand or Premium Stand.


An electrical point can be provided for £15 extra if needed.

A  table & tablecloth can be provided for £10 extra if ordered (Pop-up Stands will get 2ft widex 2ft deep table; Medium Stands 4ft wide x 2ft deep table; Large & Premium Stands 6ft wide x 2ft deep table)

Stand allocation will be made at random just prior to the event, and Premium Stands will be placed near the high profile entrance to the Expo.
